Website estimate requests are not binding contracts. All estimates provided through this website are preliminary and strictly subject to on-site scope verification, material availability, and a final written agreement executed by both parties.

JBM Landscape & Hardscape mandates clear, safe, and unobstructed access to the project site to perform work, as will be detailed explicitly in any finalized written agreement.
02. Project Variables
All project timelines, material deliveries, and preliminary estimates are strictly subject to uncontrollable on-site variables. These variables include, but are not limited to, adverse weather conditions, the successful acquisition of necessary municipal permits, sudden changes in material availability, and the location of underground utility lines.
03. Intellectual Property
